Your choice of bread; With or without the crust, we decided to leave it on for more of a crunch!
Keto SOLA brand white bread
Plain Cream Cheese
Grass Fed Butter
Maple Syrup (or your choice of sweetener)
Powdered Sugar (optional)
A Dash of Vanilla
1/3 cup Almond Milk - Feel free to substitute with your choice of milk!
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Roll your slice of bread until it’s no longer fluffed - if you choose to remove the crust do so prior to rolling!
Spread a little cream cheese onto the right side
Slightly add a little to the left side so you can stick them together after rolled!
Add a line of Blueberries to the right side
Roll your stuffed log and pinch together the two sides
Coat in your egg wash mixture
Heat your pan on medium heat
Toss in a small sliver of Grass Fed Butter
Place the logs into the pan and watch them get toasty! I personally flipped them every 2 minutes or so. We like all sides to get toasted!
Remove from the pan and plate! Dust with a little powdered sugar, drizzle with your choice of syrup and enjoy!
